Henoch-Schonlein purpura HSP

• Facts:
  IgA mediated small vessel vasculitis
  Most common in kids
  
• History / PE:
  H/O recent URI
  Rash, arthralgias
  Abdominal pain
  Scrotal swelling
  Renal disease (hematuria)
• Diagnosis:
  IgA deposition in kidneys
• Treatment:
  Steroids
  Monitor renal functioning
• Complications:
  Intussusception
• Associated With:
  IgA nephropathy (Berger's disease)
