nephrolithiasis

Bones (bone pain, fractures)
Abdominal groans PUD, pancreatitis, N/V)
Psychiatric overtones (fatigue, depression, sleep disturbances)
Diagnosis
:
Hypercalcemia
,
hypercalciuria
Hypophosphatemia
Increased / inappropriately 'normal' PTH serum levels
Complications
:
Osteitis fibrosis cystica
Notes
:
Lithium
and thiazides exacerbate hyperparathyroidism
