    46 XX
  • History / PE:
    Anosmia and hypogonadism
    Amenorrhea
    Absent secondary sexual characteristics (no breasts, pubic hair)
    Normal internal female reproductive organs
  • Diagnosis:
    GnRH deficiency (low LH/FSH)
  • Differential Diagnosis:
    Aromatase deficiency (elevated FSH/LH)
    Congenital adrenal hyperplasia
    McCune-Albright syndrome
