  • Differential Diagnosis:
    1) Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (hyperpigmentation)
    2) Cronkhite-Canada syndrome (alopecia, nail loss)
    3) Gardner's syndrome (extaintestinal lesions)
    4) Turcot's syndrome (brain tumor)
