  Autosomal dominant disease characterized by benign hamartomatous polyps
• History / PE:
  1) Family history
  2) Hamartomatous polyps
  3) Mucocutaneous lesions (hyperpigmentation in mouth, on lips, hands, and feet)

  Colonoscopy
