Hepatomegaly
Abdominal mass that
crosses the midline
Diagnosis
:
Urinary catecholamine metabolites (VMA, HVA)
Calcifications and hemorrhage (xray/CT)
Differential Diagnosis
:
Wilms' tumor
(arises from metanephros, bilateral)
