  Congenital abdominal wall defect
• Diagnosis:
  Intraabdominal contents protrude through umbilical ring
  Bowel covered by amnioperitoneal membrane
  Increased levels of MSAFP
• Associated With:
  Other congenital abnormalities (eg. heart, kidney)
• Differential Diagnosis:
  Gastroschisis
