:
Painful
3rd trimester bleeding (dark red)
Normal U/S
Differential Diagnosis
:
Uterine rupture (hypovolemia, shock, intense pain)
Placental previa
(painless bleeding)
Vasa previa
Risk Factors
:
Tobacco use
Cocaine
Maternal HTN
Trauma
Short umbilical cord
Folate deficiency
