• Facts:
  Caused by Rubella virus
• History / PE:
  Prodrome
  
  Fever, lymphadenopathy, malaise
  
  Rash
  
  Polyarthritis (in adolescents)
  Erythematous, tender maculopapular rash
  
  ***Occipital, posterior cervical lymphadenopathy***
  
• Complications:
  Encephalitis
  Thrombocytopenia
