  Degenerative disease
• History / PE:
  1. Parkinsonism
  
  2. Autonomic dysfunction (postural hypotension, incontinence , impotence, abnormal salivation/lacrimation)
  
  3. Widespread neurological signs (cerebellar, pyramidal, LMN)
• Treatment:
  Intravascular volume expansion (fludrocortisone, salt supplementation, alpha agonists)
