Stye External hordeolum

• Facts:
  Common staphylococcal infection / abscess of the oil glands of eyelid
  
• History / PE:
  Localized, painful swelling on eyelid
• Treatment:
  Warm compresses
  I & D (no resolution within 48hrs)
• Differential Diagnosis:
  Chalazion
