Succinylcholine SUX

• Facts:
  Depolarizing neuromuscular blocker
  Rapid onset (45-60 secs) and offset (6-10 mins)
• Complications:
  Life -threatening hyperkalemia
• Indications:
  Rapid sequence intubation
• Notes:
  Do not give to burn and crash injury patients, kids (undiagnosed myopathy), patients with demyelinating syndromes (eg. Guillain-Barre syndrome ), and patients with tumor lysis syndrome
