  Inflammation and pain at the site of tendon and ligament attachment to bone
  
  Typical sites of enthesitis include heels, tibial tuberosities, and iliac crests
  
• Associated With:
  Recurrent tendon or ligament stress
  Seronegative spondyloarthropathy ( MC ankylosing spondylitis )
