• Facts:
  Rarely metastasizes
  MC tumor of the eyelid
• History / PE:
  Shiny, pearly papule that slowly enlarges
  Umbilicated center with peripheral telangiectasias
• Treatment:
  Excision (Mohs surgery)
• Differential Diagnosis:
  Keratoacanthoma
  Squamous cell carcinoma
  Melanoma
