• Facts:
  Mimics skin cancer
  
• History / PE:
  Flesh-colored lesion, with central crater
  Classically found on face
  Very rapid onset, grows to full size in 1-2 months
• Diagnosis:
  If unsure, biopsy
• Treatment:
  Involutes spontaneously
  Observation
• Differential Diagnosis:
  Squamous Cell Carcinoma
  Basal cell carcinoma
  Melanoma
