  1) Abdominal obesity
  2) Hypertension
  3) Impaired glycemic control (fasting glucose > 110mg/dL)
  4) Triglycerides > 150 mg/dL
  5) HDL < 40 in men, < 50 in women
• Associated With:
  Increased risk of CAD and mortality from CV event
