  • History / PE:
    Fever
    Toxicity
    Pharyngitis
    Sandpaper-like rash
    Strawberry tongue
    Lymphadenopathy
  • Treatment:
    Penicillin V
  • Complications:
    Rheumatic fever
  • Differential Diagnosis:
    Kawasaki Disease (longer duration, unresponsive to penicillin)
